FITCAMX Fuse Box Kit

Once the fuse box kit is connected, a parking mode becomes available. Parking mode means the dashcam starts recording when a collision occurs. It does not record video continuously.

1. Only compatible with FITCAMX dashcams with an 8-pin connector. Please note that not all FITCAMX cameras have an 8-pin connector. You are welcome to contact us for help with identification.

2. 4 sets of fuses are included: ATO (standard) x2, Mini x2, Micro2 x2 and low-profile Mini x2. Identify which type of fuse your car uses and choose the correct fuse. You only need one of the fuses in the kit to install the dashcam.

3. The red wire is ACC and must be connected to a fuse that is live when the car is switched on but not when the car is switched off. The yellow wire connects to BAT+ 12V constant power, which is a fuse with a constant 12V supply when the car is parked. The black wire is GND and must be connected to earth/negative (typically a solid metal screw).

4. We do not have a vehicle-specific installation guide. We recommend using a multimeter to check the fuses and locate ACC and BAT+, or having the installation carried out by a professional workshop.
