ZORN Z32 LNE electric cool box/cooler bag 12/230V and USB for power bank connection

ZORN Z32 electric cool box and warming box with a capacity of 30 litres, which can be connected to both a 12-volt and a 230-volt power supply. The box also has USB-A/-C ports for connecting, for example, a power bank to extend the cooling time of your cool box. This allows you to use the cool box without being connected to an external power source, which is handy if you need to use it somewhere with no access to mains power.

The box uses electricity to cool down and can maintain a temperature of up to 17°C below the ambient temperature. It is fitted with a thermostat, allowing you to adjust the temperature and energy consumption at 230V. It also has a lid that closes tightly and keeps the cold inside the box.

By using a mobile battery/power pack, it is now possible to maintain the separation of the hot and cold sides of the cooling system with just 5 volts / 3A, and to store food and drinks that have already been pre-chilled in the cool box for many hours at a lower cooling capacity (equivalent to the ECO function in 230-volt operation) and a temperature difference of approx. 10°C relative to the cool box's ambient temperature.
Another advantage of cooling with 5-volt / 3 A power packs is that the lower voltage of just 5 V also reduces noise emissions from the cool box fan. So at a lower ambient temperature at night of, for example, just 17°C, near-silent cooling of your food and drinks by 7°C is possible close to where you sleep (e.g. tent/caravan or hotel room).

For an optimal cooling process, we recommend using a mobile 5-volt / 3 A power pack with a capacity of 24,000 mAh, which maintains the cooling capacity with a temperature difference of 10°C relative to the box's outside temperature for up to approx. 10 hours. A battery with a lower capacity of, for example, 10,000 mAh can maintain it for up to approx. 3 hours.

Suitable for 8 x 1.0-litre bottles (30.5 cm standing) or 1 x 1.5-litre bottles (35 cm standing), 32 x 0.33 L drinks cans.
