Payment
GreenGoing ApS accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, MobilePay, PayPal, Anyday and Apple Pay.
Payment is only charged to your account once the physical item has been dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of funds: When paying by card, the purchase amount is reserved on your account until the order has been processed and dispatched. With debit cards, the reservation reduces your available balance; if the order is cancelled, only your bank or card issuer can lift the reservation. With credit cards, the amount is only charged when we dispatch your order.
All prices on the website include VAT. Prices in the EU shop are shown in Euro (EUR).
GreenGoing ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, so your data cannot be read by unauthorised third parties.
Anyday: The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of EUR 40 or more. The first instalment is charged when your item is dispatched; thereafter you pay a monthly instalment on the last business day of each month. If all instalments are paid on time, no interest or fees are charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday is cancelled automatically. Delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark with delivery in 3–5 business days. Items marked as pre-order are shipped as soon as they are back in stock; the expected date is shown on the product page.

- Rest of the EU: EUR 9.95
- Free shipping on orders over EUR 99
You will always receive a track-and-trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
Right of withdrawal
You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
Return shipping and other return costs are covered by the customer.
Notice of withdrawal must be given no later than 14 days after delivery by email to kontakt@greengoing.dk. The notice must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please see our refund policy for details on how to return an item.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. This means you may try out the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used and of diminished value, and you will receive a reduced amount, or none, of the purchase price back. It is at GreenGoing ApS's discretion to assess the condition of the item.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, it is not treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal. We deduct our actual return shipping costs and any free shipping granted on the order from the refund.
Right to complain (statutory warranty)
Products carry a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in software, materials and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to GreenGoing ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. A period of up to two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. For justified complaints we refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.

Customer data and privacy
We do not sell personal data and do not disclose your personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver your order. To enter into an agreement with GreenGoing ApS we need your name, address, telephone number and email address. We register this data in order to deliver the goods to you, and it is stored for up to five years, after which it is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, this is always done with your explicit consent. The management and employees of GreenGoing ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller is GreenGoing ApS.
You always have the right to object to the registration and to access the information registered about you under the GDPR. Enquiries should be sent to kontakt@greengoing.dk. See also our privacy policy.
Cookies and log statistics
Cookies are used on green-going.eu to optimise the website and its functionality. You can delete cookies from your device at any time. We also use log statistics that give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave. The statistics are used solely to optimise the website.
Complaints
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Danish Nævnenes Hus (House of Complaint Boards), Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via the Complaints Portal of the House of Complaint Boards. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation; if no solution is found, you can refer the complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board. As a general rule, the product or service must have cost at least EUR 150 and no more than EUR 13,000. A fee is payable for having the complaint processed.
