HQ400 150 mm film abrasive discs are part of a new range of abrasives with a polyester film backing. These innovative products, featuring 15 holes in a perforated polyester film backing, ensure higher sanding efficiency and extended service life.
Available in various grits, from P40 to P2000, they are designed to work with all Rupes sanders with a 150 mm diameter backing pad. Resistant to moisture, with reinforced edges, they work effectively even on wet surfaces and have a long life cycle.
They are also highly effective in hard-to-reach areas, such as corners and sharp edges. Thanks to the improved vacuum system, the 15-hole disc, plus the central hole, also removes up to 50% more dust than traditional paper sanding film.
